Omnis Inc. ("OMNIS", "we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform and services (the "Service").
When you create an Account, we collect your name, email address, company name, role/title, and phone number (optional). We use this information to provide the Service, communicate with you, and manage your Account.
When you use the Service, we process operational data including trailer records, dock assignments, carrier information, yard positions, appointment schedules, and dispatch history. This data is yours. We process it solely to provide the Service.
When you connect third-party services (telematics providers, carrier APIs), we store encrypted API credentials and process data received from those services (GPS positions, carrier rates, vehicle status). Credentials are encrypted using AES-256-GCM before storage.
When you interact with our AI chatbot, we store conversation history to improve response quality and provide continuity. Conversations initiated on public landing pages may be associated with contact information you provide. We do not use conversation data to train external AI models.
We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, timestamps, browser type, device type, and IP address. We use this data to improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.
We use your information to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process transactions and send related notices; respond to support requests; send administrative communications; monitor usage patterns and optimize performance; comply with legal obligations; and protect against fraud and abuse.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share information with: service providers who assist in operating the Service (hosting, email, payment processing), subject to confidentiality obligations; law enforcement or government authorities when required by law or valid legal process; a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you; and third-party integrations you choose to connect, to the extent necessary for the integration to function.
We implement industry-standard security measures including: encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256); encrypted credential storage for third-party integrations (AES-256-GCM); role-based access controls; regular security assessments; and audit logging of sensitive operations. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your Account information for as long as your Account is active. Operational data is retained for the duration of your Subscription plus thirty (30) days. After Account deletion, we delete your personal information within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by law. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained indefinitely for analytics purposes.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request deletion of your personal information; export your data in a machine-readable format; withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.

We comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation. We collect personal information only for identified purposes, with your knowledge and consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions.
Your data is primarily stored and processed in Canada. If we transfer data outside of Canada, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service at least thirty (30) days before they take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision.
