What we collect
Account details (name, email, organization), operational data (trailers, appointments, inventory scans, dock events), and usage analytics (page views, feature usage). For carriers using the driver app: check-in data, trailer information, and optional GPS for ETA calculation.
How we use it
Your data powers your warehouse operations — scheduling, assignment algorithms, billing calculations, and AI predictions within your organization. We do not sell your data. We do not share your operational data with other tenants. Multi-tenant isolation ensures your data is scoped exclusively to your organization.
Data storage and security
Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security. API keys encrypted with AES-256-GCM. All connections use TLS 1.3. WebSocket connections are JWT-authenticated on upgrade with HMAC-SHA256 message signing. Computer vision runs on-device — images never leave the phone.
Your rights
Under PIPEDA and Ontario privacy law, you can access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact privacy@omnisplatform.ai. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies and analytics
No third-party tracking cookies. Our analytics use a lightweight sendBeacon tracker — page path, referrer, viewport width. No personal identification, no cookies, no fingerprinting.
