SSAO
Screen-space ambient occlusion — natural shadow depth under every trailer, dock overhang, and pallet stack.
PBR Materials
Physically-based rendering — roughness 0.4, metalness 0.1 for realistic concrete, steel, and asphalt surfaces.
Bloom + ACES
Status indicators glow at any zoom level. ACES filmic tonemapping with exposure 1.2 for consistent color.
Pathfinding meets real-time visibility.
Trailer positions, reefer status, and shuttle routes rendered on the 3D surface. Aisle-based waypoint pathfinding calculates jockey routes avoiding occupied lanes. Click any trailer for its full lifecycle — gate-in, moves, assignments, dwell, departure ETA.
Doors that move. Status that glows.
Dock doors animate open/closed in sync with sensor events. Trailers render with 53-foot proportions, carrier livery colors, and real-time dwell progress bars floating above. Every status transition — spotted, loading, alert — plays as a smooth color shift.
Walk your warehouse. Build it in 3D.
Sims-style builder mode lets you map your warehouse from your phone. Walk the floor, place walls, dock doors, racking, and staging areas using a drag-and-drop grid with per-tool snap alignment. Import custom 3D models via GLB loader for forklifts, conveyors, and specialized equipment. The twin is modular — 8 ES modules (materials, core, geometry, warehouse, state, simulation, builder, UI) rebuilt from a 3,584-line monolith into a clean architecture.
