Service description
OMNIS is a cloud-based warehouse operations platform provided by Omnis AI Inc. on a subscription basis. The service includes the WMS dashboard, mobile applications, AI features, and integrations as described on omnisplatform.ai.
Your responsibilities
Maintain security of account credentials. Ensure your team uses the platform in accordance with applicable laws. Maintain accurate operational data. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform.
Billing
Subscriptions billed monthly or annually. All prices in Canadian dollars, subject to HST. Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period. 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
Liability
OMNIS is provided "as is." We maintain 99.9% uptime targets with Guardian self-healing for automatic recovery. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, data inaccuracies, or decisions based on AI predictions.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Disputes subject to Ontario court jurisdiction.
